Who we are

Bloom360° is a women's health app launching first in Malaysia. This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you join our launch waiting list on bloom360.asia. It is written in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you join the waiting list we collect your email address, the date you signed up, and the wording of the consent you agreed to. We don't ask for anything else, and this website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site, and the page loads its font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver it.

Why we collect it

Only to email you about the Bloom360° launch: when the app is ready, and early access if we offer it. We won't use your email for anything else, or send you other marketing, without asking you first.

Giving your email is your choice

Joining the list is optional. If you'd rather not share your email, you can still use this website. You just won't hear from us when we launch.

Where it's stored and who can see it

Your email is stored in a secure database run by our provider Supabase, in Singapore. Only the Bloom360° team can read the list. Our providers (Supabase for storage, Vercel for hosting) process data on our behalf and aren't allowed to use it for anything else.

We never sell or rent your personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. If you create a Bloom360° account after launch, the app's own privacy notice takes over.

Your rights

  • Unsubscribe any time using the link in any email we send.
  • Ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and change the date above. If the change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect.
